"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"We couldn't be happier. We live in a rural area and have well water; we built this house ten years ago and were using a rental system from Culligan. The rental system was okay, but required monthly service from them(at a price), untold number of filters (not cheap) that always seemed to need changing, and we still had to use reverse osmosis filters to get drinking water we were happy with. In short, lots of hassle. Sunkel did research to recommend a system that would do a better job that required less work from us, no monthly service, and better quality water. They have been very helpful and responsive and honest about what is feasible and what is not."
