I paid for the service call ($75), parts ($56), and labor ($35) - totaling approximately $167. I was informed that the refrigerator is unrepairable. Unfortunately, I do not know what the protocol is in the service industry when you are unable to fix a problem, and you still charge the full amount. I would assume some kind of discount should be provided."
