The office staff and builders were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the project. We absolutely love how the deck turned out and are excited to build our second deck with them this spring. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days.
