"Harrison showed up on time, even a little early, he called before he came. He did a professional job of installing the new faucet, sink drain and toilet. I contacted 6 plumbers, 5 from Angie's list, one recommended by my tiler, this plumber never returned my call. Only one other plumber other than Harrison gave me a bid based on the job, All others wanted to charge me service call plus time. Harrison was by far the cheaper cost, but the work done was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. There were extra parts that were needed, but he did not charge me for those parts. We are very pleased with his work. We have other work that needs to be done, and I definitely plan on having Harrison do the work."

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

"SNC was able to come out quickly to repair a kitchen sink that had fallen away from its glue. He went the extra mile to make sure it was well glued and braced so that it would not happen again. Was extremely thorough in setting up and cleaning up afterward. Excellent service."

He had to go to Menards to get the necessary parts for the kitchen sink shut off  valves; he did that with no extra charge only the cost of the materials ($30.)

"We made an appointment with Vlad to come out and measure, and we were able to schedule the initial meeting with a couple days. A few days later we went to his showroom to pick out the cabinet and discuss the quote. We agreed on a contract and paid a down payment to order the cabinet. Work started about 4 weeks later and the project was finished in about a week and a half. We love the bathroom and working with Vlad and his team was a pleasure. They were always on time and cleaned up the area each evening to minimize impact to us."
