But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.

Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.
