"Hoffman came out to check my furnace after it wasn't keeping up with the cold snap. Unfortunately, the heat exchanger was rusted, but we were able to schedule a replacement for 2 days later. I ended up with a new Lennox furnace/heat pump combo and had heat a few hours later that day. I did have some installation issues that were resolved a couple of days later. I had a lingering issue with a faulty humidistat on the thermostat, so the humidifier wasn't running. This was due to a bad batch of thermostats, but it was finally resolved on the fourth visit several weeks later. Overall, Hoffman was very easy to deal with, and they didn't ghost me after my check cleared. Communication was good. Although I would have rather had everything done correctly on the first visit, these things happen and I am happy with the end result. "

Not only did they do a proper repair, they addressed another issue at roof level without charging me more. I had other small repairs and Sky knocked out my “Honey do” list while Lee completed the roof repair. "My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully. The impressive part, he took his sweet time. And the most impressive part was when he presented my total bill! I was about to have a major heart attack when I saw the bill! It wasn’t through the roof bill! Cheap cheap"
