"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"It went very well. Mike M. and Dana were very professional and explained the the repair very well. Then, a team of 10-12 guys came out, covered everything, finished the job inside of 6 hours. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. The workers were very kind and neat. They put the sump pump exhaust exactly where I wanted it."

"I used Larry and Sons for my plumbing. They could provide the pricing for the work before it's done. We had like a contract with them, we have always used them. Here lately they have had unauthorized billing without our knowledge of the work first. They were here in April of 2016. It cost $800. "
