During the project other issues were discovered with rotten ledger boards, beauty band, etc. and he repaired/replaced those at the same time. We were also replacing all railing with another type and he had great suggestions that turned out beautifully. Some of our structures were not straight or level but John has the experience, knowledge and skills to work with this. I was very pleased with precautions taken to protect our home and surrounding property to prevent damage and that debris was removed every day instead of waiting until end of the job. "Steve and his crew were very professional and courteous. He answered a few concerns we had and offered good suggestions. He was very easy to communicate with and responded back quickly. Our deck and stairs were in bad shape. They replaced all of the top railings and most of the deck boards. The stairs were really bad and they look fantastic now. There were also a few non-deck related issues we had around the house and they were taken care of to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend HLC for any deck repairs you would need or even minor landscaping issues you may have. Give them a call!"

"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."
