"I have been using East Coast Comfort for heating and air-conditioning for years and I have always been pleased. They installed a new system for us years ago, did it for far less than other estimates we received, and we have reduced our energy costs because of it."

"installation went well, but I was promised a permit but it didn't happen probably will not hire again or recommend to anyone

"This company replaced our old furnace and central air units and they were wonderful to deal with from the first phone call to the installation."

"The employees were all informative, answered all my questions and were able to install a new A/C unit the next day. They were on time for both the check and the install. They were respectful and completed the install earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Rohrerâ s!"

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"Chris was very professional on the phone and reverted back in a reasonable time post the first call. John was very prompt at the given appointment time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He went over the details and the annual maintenance plan in detail and also checked all the vents while he was there. He also recommended few things to be done during winter to keep the air conditioning and heater running smoothly. Overall I liked the experience and service provided by TRU North. "Horizon did a great job on our shower faucet install."

"Professional all the way. Good design. Excellent Mitsubishi products. Installation team was polite and effective. Only took day and a half, just like they said it would. Also offered 0% financing offer could not be beat. System required a few minor tweaks. They came out immediately at no cost. Very happy with the experience and new A/C."
