Mr. Norkus was thorough and professional from the initial estimate to the final inspection of the work that he and his crew performed. He explained every step of the process, He was patient with me and responsive to my questions. He made recommendations that I hadn't thought of and explained both the pros and cons of one aspect of the work that I had requested. I can't thank him enough for the job that he did. Finally, when I received the final bill it was less than the original estimate. Mr. Norkus explained to me that the original estimate included the cost of replacement of 100' of fascia board, but that he only needed to replace 70' of fascia. Thorough, professional, and honest.
