"Repair went well. Requested a quote online for a dryer repair through Angies List with House Appliance Repairs late Friday night. Our dryer was running however it was not heating up and actually drying the clothes. On Saturday morning by 830AM, Frank called me to discuss the issue and provided a description of what could be wrong with the dryer. He also provided estimates for the different possible issues and provided a window he would be out at the house that day. Frank texted me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, examined the dryer, let me know what the issue was, and let me know what the cost would be. He fixed the dryer quickly and even cleaned out the dryer vent while he was here. Fast response, great work, would recommend and use House Appliance Repairs again. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me."

The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"Repaired an electric dryer. 2 very nice gentlemen came to do the job. Price of the repair kit was reasonable. The labor charge was too much, but they had the whole dryer apart by the time I saw the cost. At that point how could I not accept the fee? Would they have put it all back together? I believe it was a 1 person job, since 1 guy basically watched the other guy and confirmed what he said the problem was. I might use them in the future, but I would ask about the labor fees first."

"All work was done beautifully. Other than the fact that I need to paint the area, you can't tell there was ever cracks in the wall or seams. Work was performed diligently and professionally. Tarps were put down and the area was thoroughly cleans upon completion. This is my second time using their services, but for a different type of repair. Will definitely be using their services again. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Plus, the owners are good to work with and very accommodating."
