"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"I have used them for two different jobs and they were excellent both times. They have serviced my system several times as well. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"It went great. Dan is an honest and straightforward businessman. He explains all your options clearly and doesn't try to oversell services. He is responsive and the quality of work is excellent. Our HVAC system was getting old and was very inefficient, so we proactively replaced both units. When he gave me the quote, I pushed for a more expensive AC unit as it seemed more efficient. Dan explained that in our climate, we would gain little from the additional efficiency, since the difference was so little. I'm sure selling a more expensive unit would have benefited him, but I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend his services."

"Fantastic. The scheduled for a 30 minute window, called an hour in advance to give approximate arrival time. Completed the work quickly and made sure I understood exactly what work was needed. Would highly recommend these guys over any of the other contractors in the area."

"I'm not sure how you can get an A on Angies list with this kind of service: I schedule a 930am appointment, they don't show up, I call at 10:30, they apologize profusely. They promise to show up at 1. No show again, no call or anything for the rest of the day. They call the next day, I call back, they call me back to say to wait and call someone else to schedule an appointment bc they can't do it from the field."

"Paul came out, gave a quote and installed a new AC unit the following week. He was very responsive. We had been without air for almost a month. He was the only business that reacted like he wanted the business."
