"Tom came at 8 a.m.  His assistant was unable to make it due to a family emergency.  Tom started with replacing 7 heavily chipped tiles in the kitchen.  He has a can do attitude.  Nothing seems to phase him.  The replacement tiles were stuck together with a sticky substance.  He did not want to pull them apart for fear of damaging them.  He took an empty clothing bin in my basement and filled it with very hot water and a solution he had and let them soak.  Tom cleaned the tiles and grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway.  He then color sealed the grout and polished the tiles and grout.  As far as the 7 replacement tiles, he was able to separate them and installed them in the kitchen floor.  The tiles look brand new.  That is great for 32 year old tiles. <br /> Tom has an excellent work ethic.  He is immaculate.  He has his shoes off in the house.  With the kitchen, he removed all items that would be effected by the dust.  He was very careful where he placed these items.  He treats your home as his home.  When Tom left, I had brand new floors in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and the house was the same as when he came in. Everything was back in place. Tom Nixon is a true professional.  If you are tired of your old tiles, definitely give Tom a call.  Do Not Hesitate. <br />"
