"Okay, I'll cop to it.  I ran into my garage door while it was closed.  Sigh.  I made what I was sure to be an embarrassing phone call to Graves and was greeted with a pleasant staff member who assured me she receives calls like mine everyday.  She set me up with a salesman who called promptly to make an appointment to come out and inspect the damage. <br /> He arrived on time a few days later and explained to me my options for replacement doors.  As this was not a planned expense he worked with me to find something that would work within in my budget.  He didn't try to up sale me fancy decorative doors, or new garage door openers, and all the other equipment that goes with them, which I greatly appreciated. <br /> He assured me everything I had would work just fine, and that all I needed were new doors.  I received a written quote a few days later and after putting down half we scheduled a install date.  I was a bit disappointed to have to wait an additional week for my doors (3 total) but this happened right before Christmas so they were unable to get the doors any sooner.  Note to self - do not run into garage doors, especially during the holiday season. <br /> Other than being an hour late due to fantastic Atlanta traffic, the installer was great.  I was surprised he was the only one sent out, but he had the job done within 4 hours and the doors work perfectly and they look wonderful.  He was very professional and answered all of my questions. <br /> We have gotten many compliments from neighbors on the doors, and I am very happy with the quality.  I purchased doors that were just one step up from the basic model and they are keeping my garage so much warmer than my old doors (original to my house from 1994).  My son's room which sits above the garage is much warmer as a result.  This was a great investment, one that I did not plan on, but I am glad we went with the doors that the salesman recommended. <br /> This was a great experience.  I wholeheartedly recommend Graves to anyone needing to get garage doors replaced. <br />"

"Office staff was a pleasure to work with. Installation went smoothly except the wrong decorative panels were delivered and the trim provided for the job was a little short. A week later they returned to install the correct decorative panels and install the appropriate length trim. They also reworked the garage door with the lift operator so that it would operate smoother. Overall, I was pleased with the installation. They required 1/2 down payment and balance at completion of job."

"Everything went well. He was prompt and checked out both garage doors. He even offered to change my garage light, but I didn't have one available. Both doors open a lot quieter now!"

"On the day I called him he came over that afternoon. I pointed out what I needed done & he took notes. My major issue was not a roof leak, but rainwater coming down the roof & splashing between an uncaulked house exterior wall & window. He did rectify this where a previous (non-Angie's List) contractor couldn't come up with a solution. On the front of my house, the left side roof eave) had peeling away & rotting facia board. Duffy worked on it. On the right side, his work looks more like wet sand dribbled down to form sand castles. Residents of Marina Bay have pointed this out to me several times. His worker was assigned to paint over areas where the former contractor didn't. But, after the job was completed, I saw white painted smudged thumb prints in 5 areas; on a dark blue outside front door & the rest over a light yellow gold wall paint which is no longer available. Finally, Duffy did not do several tasks & suggested (no quote) that he would get them next time. There won't be a next time. I'm going to have to give his work at 70%."

"It was a good experience.  They did a good job with the windows and doors.  The windows cost me $6000 and the doors cost me $3000.  I was happy with the installation.  Considering the fact that I have lifetime warranty on them and that they would replace anything that needs to be replaced, the price was very good.  I didn’t have any concerns."
