Bobby does the measuring, estimating, design as needed, remodeling drawings and suggestions, and coordination of the work, materials and subs. We live hundreds of miles away. We settled one day and turned the keys over to Bobby the next day. The majority of the work was done in 21/2 months, from April thru June. The biggest hold up was waiting to order the cabinets, which we could not do until after we bought the house. However, Bobby had them designed with the help of Lowe's, and all designs reviewed by us prior to settlement, so that we were ready to go as soon after closing as possible! The cabinets did not arrive until 4 weeks later in May. Whenever decisions were needed, we were called. As improvements occurred, pictures were e-mailed for our review. We did make a few changes. There were never any change order fees.
