"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. Ted and his team made me feel like they always make me feel - like my project was the most important one in the world."

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. "We purchased a deal on Angie's List ($199 for $500 of Custom Glide-Out Shelving for Existing Cabinetry) for our kitchen.  The trouble was - when the money was deducted from our account, instead of it being $199, they took out $500.  I am not sure if this was on the provider's end or a mistake from Angie's List.  The whole thing made me feel very nervous, so I cancelled the transaction.  Angie's List was very good about refunding the money.  I was not sure which rating to give since we did not use them, yet it was not a positive transaction due to the financial issue.  So I gave them a "C" for lack of an "N/A" choice for rating.

"I highly recommend C and A and Janet in particular. Janet was SO helpful to me in selecting BEAUTIFUL cabinets and countertops and never once made me feel like I was a bother even though I was in contact a lot during our renovation.
I get so many compliments on our cabinets and countertops - all of which are beautifully made and stunning to look at. I assume installation went well - I wasn't there when they were installed. But we haven't had any problems.
If I ever need cabinets or countertops in the future, I would never go anywhere else but C and A - and would work with Janet again in a heartbeat!

Aaron from von Behren Builder met with us to determine what our needs were and promised to provide an estimate.  He was professional and efficient.  I explained that this was not our primary residence and we were looking for a reasonable priced deck with a couple of different price options (i.e. wood vs. composite).  I received an estimate in a timely manner, however, the estimate was way higher than other estimates I had received and there were no options offered other than the composite material.

I have been told by others in the community that von Behren Builder has an excellent reputation for the quality of their work, but due to the high cost of the estimate we received for a relatively simple deck replacement, I will not be using their services.
