I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "I had an accidental water leak. I've had the wet drywall removed and the pipes are exposed. (The leak was not from the pipes in the wall). King's Plumbing was the 2nd company that I saw from Angi's. Since the walls were open, I wanted them to take a look at the pipes, to assess the cause of the damaged floors, etc. Also, the mitigators from my insurance company said my shower caused some of the damage and needed to be torn out. Charles gave me a honest assessment of the problems. The 1st plumber told me that I should replace all of the exposed pipe. Charles told me that there was nothing wrong with the exposed pipe. He also told me what I thought was mold and why the mitigators wanted to demolish my shower was hot mop, NOT MOLD. I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I'm still in the re-dry walling process. I haven't needed the help of a plumber yet. But, I would use the service of King's Plumbing."

"Mark was amazing. He and his son, Mark Jr, as well as their crew, knocked out my entire house in 4 weeks AND did it on budget and perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys. Here are some of the things they did, gutted house, replaced lights, balcony railing, entire kitchen and two baths, replaced fans, painted whole house, tile flooring throughout, great tile jobs in both baths and showers, installed Mr. Steam, patched up garage...Mark Jr stuck around to help me hang pictures, hook up stereo and small "honey do" items."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Excavation and pouring into front planter location was slightly delayed, but the company explained the delay and worked with us to accommodate our needs. Price undercut every one of the several contractors we received estimates from over the past several years. SCCCI passed cost savings of a materials distribution company's liquidation on to their customers, saving us a couple thousand dollars. They also were flexible with us for a portion of the payment, allowing us to pay this portion in installments over the next ten months. The owner and son worked directly with us to ensure that we were happy with the process, the cost, and the results. House looks great. Overall excellent service!
