"Things went fine. I liked the idea of removing the drywall mud over the screws and replacing it. They used a hairdryer to dry it and everything. It was a great idea. I do think I can see evidence of where the nails are that I didn't see before, though. Not sure if I just never noticed that, or if the sanding was a little weak and the spots are visible where they weren't before. Well overall either way they did a good job. It is obvious that Jimmy the owner is concerned about the customer service his customers receive.

"They contacted my insurance company and submitted a bid, then met the adjuster on site. The bid was accepted and was reasonable for the job. They were mostly professional. The only hitch was the on-site foreman spoke little English and was not properly informed of the complete job details. They were to reroof the shed but left without doing that. I also had to inform them to install two some rain diverters. Whenever I spoke with the job manager, he was very professional and helpful. They did a good job of cleaning up and went over the area twice to pick up nails with a magnet."
