He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs. The fee for diagnosis would be credited for future repair work. The technician didn’t waste his nor my time. He was a friendly, and competent repair professional.
