"At seven windows replaced in my home, including large picture area window. Well, the windows were being put in most slid right in however one of the bedroom windows and the living room picture window were being beaten in hard with a rubber mallet. I mentioned this to the installers, but it didn?t go too far because they barely spoke English, and I saw how hard the gentleman was banging the frames to to get them too fit in the frames. In particular, we?re walking past the bedroom. I noticed something bright over by the windows and found out that it was a crack coming from a corner, which can only be seen when the sun hits the windows from a certain angle. The large window in my living room started cracking also from the corners outwards. This one particularly happened when we were hitting cold. When I called about the bedroom window, I was told there?s no warranty and once the inspector signed off that was it nothing they could do mind you these are supposed to stand up to category 5"

However, if getting siding installed is anything like our experience with getting windows replaced, I would not recommend them at all. I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well. Shayna apologizes profusely and states she is taking action, however, those who she is dealing with are ignoring her and not doing what they should have in the first place. I have requested on four occasions now for a call from the owner since the problems started. Being lied to,"
