"We contacted George through Angies List special offer for garage door tune up and roller replacement. Mentioned that we can be available from 7am any morning. Contact was immediate and George arranged to arrive, two days later at 7.30AM which was great for us. He was here at 7.20AM but he remained quietly in the driveway until I opened the garage door at 7.22AM.
I expected to be "sold" a bunch of things but this was totally wrong. George scored 100 out of 10 in every aspect - honesty, pleasant personality, obviously extremely knowledgeable, focused, you name it, he was outstanding.
Our home was built in 1978 and we have been in it for 17 years. We had no pressing problems with the garage door however we had just had the garage completely remodelled and thought this special offer was too good to pass up. George replaced the rollers with some high quality ones; he oiled the springs which are rusty but he said you don't need to replace them as they are working fine.
He put silicone in the necessary places on the garage door. (he said not oil as it could drip on your cars). The silicone has made the open/close noise MUCH quieter! He lubricated everything that needed it. He told us about our door opener (Sears) and said it was a good old model which had a belt inside it which, if worn, could be replaced very cheaply compared to newer versions which no longer have a belt and cost way more if they go wrong!
The bottom of our garage door has some rust on it. George pointed out that the bottom panel of our door could possibly be replaced, He took a note of the measurements and he will find out about this for us. The door is apparently tongue and groove - its just an ordinary garage door to me. I had no idea it came in sections! I asked him to price a new door if the single panel was no longer available.
I hope I haven't missed out anything here. This man is perfection.

"After hurricane Irma I had 5 huge trees that fell and needed to be cut up and brought to the curb. Justin did a wonderful job of cutting and removing both the trees but also the accompanying branches and debris. It was in the mid 90's and near 100% humidity. He worked tirelessly for hours in the hot sun to get the job done. I also hired him to help me tarp the holes in my roof from the winds. It will likely be months before a roofer can fix my roof and I am confident the roof is secure until is replaced. I had two large wooden gates that blew down. He reinstalled the posts and framed out the wooden fences back in great shape."
