"I set up my request for quotes early on Monday morning and Ron from Accent Appliance responded immediately and was able to meet me at my house at 12:30 the same day. My refrigerator light was on, but both the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. He felt that it might have been the relay, but unfortunately we learned it was the compressor and the unit would need to be replaced. Ron felt terrible that this was the case, knowing how hard it is to get appliances delivered at this time. He recommended the best place to go to replace the refrigerator. The install of a stove top ended up being a pretty major job since it didn’t fit he innovated and came up with a solution using a diamond bit saw to carve out a bigger space rather than me trying to find another appliance to try and fit. He went above and beyond. Very reasonably priced as well. Also installed a hood fan and on his own time help me with an electrical outlet and get it up and running. Will definitely use him again."
