Instead, my father later received a message stating he owed money, which was incorrect, as we have proof of payment. Proper bookkeeping would have prevented this confusion, yet there was no apology—just a dismissive remark that the message was sent in error. Jake then deflected the conversation, asking about the inspection status, which he should have known given the text sent that morning. The way Jake raised his voice and threatened not to reschedule the inspection was highly unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way, especially when they’re trying to accommodate the company’s process. If a client isn’t available, a professional company should be flexible in rescheduling as many times as necessary to complete the service. Moreover, they seem to try to cover up negative reviews by soliciting new ones. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone against working with this company."
