"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"

"I had Brandon out, it's a small company as far as I can tell. The do organic cleaning. They gave discount card for the second time. I have used them twice, but I recommended them to my friends. Brandon was very good. I think they had a limit on travel, that was a question I had, and I think I was in the range and they added on an extra $13 for travel, but I said I was within range and they took it off. I think they were young guys being trained. The cleaning was good and they said they only use salt water, I asked how it works and gets so clean with salt water and he said that's our mystery. I said how do you get the stains out he said we just go over them again. It was good, and organic that's why I wanted to try them."
