"My water heater, was about 15 years old, finally started leaking from the base. Now, I have a Home Warranty (AHS), and they were very expedient assigning me to a company to come and see if they could repair it. When the company came out, they gave me estimates, three to be exact. Each estimate was sufficiently more expensive, but it is a water heater replacement, so I understand. For the replacement, they were going to replace the previous model with a comparable. Again, I understand, but chances are, I was overpaying for a outdated and less efficient model. So, after they provided me with their estimate, I Googled best contractors to replace a water heater. I was looking for the reviews, and with the reviews, I only ever look at the 1-3 stars. Well, I found George Plumbing Co. formerly known as Yell For George Plumbing (funny story, if you hire them, please ask why George called it, “Yell for George Plumbing”), and they had 4.9 out of 5 stars (557 reviews) on Google, 4.4 out of 5 stars (58 reviews) on Yelp (They really should have closer to 5 stars) Many of those 1 stars, were very petty. If you rely on Angie’s List, they have a 4.9 out of 5 stars, with 303 reviews, there. If you see or look at Trustpilot, you will see the review is a 2.1, but please make sure you are looking at the right company, as they are George Plumbing out of the United Kingdom. So, please make sure that you are reading the right reviews for the right company. Anyway, just know that I looked at every consumer review site that I could find, even the BBB, which, I normally don’t trust, but still looked. Don’t waste your time, I absolutely disagree. They used high quality equipment, the technicians/contractors were absolutely amazing. Nathan and Austin, were very professional, explaining what they found, how they would remedy it, and what I can do to extend or prolong the life of my new water heater, based on what most likely caused the one being replaced to go out. Both Nathan and Austin, were active listeners, ensuring to address each of my concerns, before the work, during and upon the completion of the work. As with many houses, 10 plus years old, there was a lot of new codes that increased the cost of the work, to bring it up to code. Not only did they correctly explain it to me, but I had already research and talked to the city and county to see what codes my previous heater needed updating. They were right on the money. Another important concern was the warranty. I was happy that they both explained the details of it, made themselves available to contact after hours for any questions I might have forgot to ask. Believe me, I texted, and Nathan replied, in short order. Both Nathan and Austin are very experienced, but also patient, and have a very high level of attention to detail. When they arrived to diagnose the leaking one, my garage was an absolute mess. They even took the time to clean up, my mess, and treat the area that was damaged by the leak. They were very expeditious as well, both taking their time, but not wasting my time on unnecessary explanations. They were both a pleasure to have work on and in my home and I will definitely be using them again if I need too. Of course, I hope I never need to again, just saying… They also took the time to clean out and empty my water softener, which was quite full of sludge and sediment, that contributed to the previous water heater’s decline. Oh, one more thing, the gentleman who runs the office, either Mica, possibly Micah, was very professional and took care of me as a military veteran. Thanks again. "I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company."

"I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ENRIQUEZ AND SON PLUMBING AND REMODELING. They come with smiles and are so nice before you hire them. Once hired things change. I gave him $20,000 (my mistake for paying them the last check before they finished, I trused him, but he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. He took the money left the bathroom remodeling incomplete. I called and called . was told that Enriquez was on vacation. Who leaves a project unfinished and goes on vacation instead. JOE ENRIQUEZ DOES I do not recommend this greedy bozo."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."
