They had a solution to each problem they encountered. We could not have been more pleased with their work or their attitude during the installation."

"All went as planned and my tenants are happy with the new water heater.  I have used Parker and Sons several times this year. While I sometimes think the price is a little on the high side, it is worth paying for a service I can trust.  They are very responsive and can provide almost any plumbing services, including main sewer line.

"This was a pool heating heat pump, for which many companies have refused service. DilMak immediately realized it is really just an outside condenser unit to pump heat (hot Freon) through a coil wrapped around another coil through which my pool water circulates. The tech they sent out is a real cracker jack expert and got me up and running!"

"Fast response and very professional. First thing they wear the plastic shoe cover before entering the house, during remove and install the kitchen faucet, they have the bucket and put big drop cloth down, after the new faucet installed, they even checked the pressure on the water softener tank to make sure everything is connected back in order. cleaned the area up upon leaving the project, Clint and his helper did a wonderful job. Very pleased with their service."

"Kevin was very helpful and explained everything. Price was less than the big companies I talked to. Took only two hours and he took the old water heater away."

They were helpful price they quoted was very fair. Two plumbers arrived promptly, got everything done in about an hour, and cleaned up after the installation. It was great doing business with them and I would definitely hire then again in the future."
