"Contacted them for possible bed bug issue. Inspector came and found no evidence of bed bugs. Discussed the issue with me more in-depth, considered a possible flea issue and checked for this. Did not find anything considerable, but given the evidence suggested fumigation and a quarterly service to address fleas and other pests. This was far more economical than a bed bug service. Another company might have gone through with bed bug service in order to get more $, but the inspector was more concerned with addressing the actual issue than getting $. I was VERY thankful for his honesty and integrity. We went ahead with fumigation and an outdoor treatment, and I signed up for quarterly service to continue maintaining control of the pests."
