Upon meeting with Kyle and seeing the plan he designed for our deck. we contracted with them that day. We were hesitant to build a composite deck because we heard they get very hot in the sun. Kyle explained that the Timbertech decking they use is more heat resistant. Sure enough, I can walk barefoot on the beautiful Timbertech decking in the San Antonio Summer Sun. Mike, the Project Manager, stayed on top of the entire building process, answered all our questions, and kept us apprised of the building status. He made the deck-building experience a pleasant one, and ensured we were satisfied with the finished project. The building crew was hard working, professional, and courteous. "The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."

"Their team was very efficient and clean. They quickly gutted and removed material from the home. Dust shields were hung to prevent dust throughout the house. The installation involved us and our custom needs the entire way. The workers were meticulous with their trades a and finished with high quality work. If I ever used someone else besides Solid Rock, I was disappointed and wished I had called them.
