"I hired 1st Choice Services to fix a bad drainage problem in my front yard. I was concerned that we really wouldn't know how well it was fixed until we had a good, hard rain. Jon offered to wait for payment until it could be tested, but I didn't want them to have to wait who knows how long since there was no rain forecast for the next several days. I paid the invoice, then a few days later we got some very heavy rains that really stressed the job. Most of it drained very well, but there were a few spots that needed tweaking.
