The strange part is that there is a hole/tearing on the wall left right beside the new lighting fixture's base. He told me he did not make the hole; just get a sheetrock and plaster over with some mud. I did not know if fixing the hole caused by the replacement is part of an electrician's job, so I did not say any more to him before he left.
