"This is a family owned business. Both father (Chris) & son (Gus) showed up on time, were polite and professional. They reviewed the problem, (missing/damaged shower grout) and suggested alternatives. After a brief discussion as to how best to address they went about their business and completed the job in a minimal amount of time. Before they left they made sure that everything was cleaned up and appeared as if they were never there. Their charge was more then reasonable.
