"The two gentlemen from All Island Sewer and Drain arrived promptly, assessed the condition of my sewer main and methodically cleared out the pipe. They provided excellent craftsmanship and service by integrating modern technology (high quality video imaging) with state of the art “electric snake” to clear the blockage. They also identified the source of the problem (a partially ruptured sewer pipe under my lawn) which will be addressed at a later date. Their fees were also very reasonable. The work area was left in pristine condition and I will definitely be calling them back, to make the permanent repairs when I’m ready…truly a first class organization. "My husband and I just moved from Long Beach. We bought our house, and have never owned a house with a cesspool. I contacted Priority to come over to inspect the system and educate me about how to maintain it properly.
I called on a Friday morning, and they scheduled me for the next day. They called before they came over, within the two hour window of time that they had told me the day before. Paul was the knowledgable technician that came over to do the job. He located my overflow tank first and dug up the covering so we could look inside. Luckily, the overflow was relatively new and empty, so he closed it back up, and proceeded to dig up the main cesspool. The main cesspool was 75% full, but again in good shape. While he was working on the second cesspool, the owner, John arrived to introduce himself and to check out the system. Paul then suggested that we pump the cesspool and clean it, and gave me the quote before-hand so that I could chose what I wanted to do. I opted to get it pumped and cleaned.
While doing the job, Paul explained everything that he was doing, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions( and I did have a lot of them). He always told me how much a service would be ahead of time so their were no surprises. The total time for the job was 2 hours. I will absolutely use this company again, and I would definitely refer them to a friend! Thanks so much for all of your help Priority!

"Rapid response has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are honest and professional and quick. We hired them to do a survey at a home we were buying which they informed us the property would need a new cesspool and was at the risk of collapse. We were out of the deal at that point and when it came time to purchase our actual home we hired them again. They surveyed it and found a few issues that they helped us take care of. After thinking about it with my wife we decided to replace the whole cesspool and start fresh which would have been expensive . When i spoke with Joe from rapid response he advised me that the whole thing did not need to be replaced and we just needed a new main line. It would have been really easy for him to just take my money and do the big job but he didn't and was honest about the work it actually needed. "Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."
