He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. We were impressed with Dan from the time we met with him, and could tell that that he was highly experienced in his work and straightforward. Dan and his team were highly reliable, appropriately efficient, quite responsive and they communicated well. Their craftsmanship was very strong. Keith the Carpenter was just amazing from framing and leveling, to vent duct installation, cabinet installation and completing final touches to make it all look perfect. Dan also has a great group of subcontractors he works with. Shamus the electrician did an amazing job installing our new lighting. There were so many pieces to juggle, and Steve the project manager kept the project moving along, always keeping us informed as to what to expect. They were also clean, cleaning up each day before leaving. Overall, we have only positive things to say and have no hesitation recommending Island Homecraft."
