"Great! When the Griffin Electric technician arrived I thought it would be a long process. I was wrong! After explaining the issue I was having, the technician was quick to find the problem. A faulty circuit breaker and light switch was to blame. His service was exceptional. Very polite, reassuring and wore Covid-19 protection (mask & gloves)! I highly recommend this company. My son will be calling them next."

"They showed up on time, extremely nice and courteous. They installed 6 new flush mount 4" lights in the living room, replaced the canned lights in the kitchen with same only 6", installed dimmer switches and investigated a dead outlet. All work exceeded my expectations. Fair price for a great experience. I would highly recommend them."

"Key is very polite and professional. He was able to handle my issue quickly. Key noticed a faulty wire (not what he was here for), which is not the first time that’s happened in this house. He fixed it when he could have just left it. I appreciate his attention to detail. If it was possible to give him more than 5 stars, I would."

"Simple job of relocating a 220v outlet for a new stove so it could fit against the wall."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"
