Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

We always seemed to get “bottom of the barrel” poorly trained techs with “questionable” experience skillsets. Not so with Christian. "Excellent work.  Showed up on time and quickly swapped out the fixtures.  We changed our minds on the hight of one and they redid their work without any complaint or comment.  They just wanted us to be happy.  We installed one new switch and will have to wait on the other new dimmer for some additional wiring that we need.  They diagnosed the issue and set everything back to the way it was until we can complete the new wiring.
