Did exactly what they said they would do, replacing about 5 sheets of plywood at no extra cost, plus a few additional items with no change order; they just ate the cost. Set up lights to get it done in one day. Clean-up was perfect, not one piece of paper left behind after pulling off two layers of roofing material and replacing the skylight. Plus, a 30-year GAF warranty. Timberline GAF. Highly recommend, I stayed and watched the whole process, and not one foul word, and no one was smoking.
