"My washer was leaking. Larry was the only one that responded to me at all. He was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the necessary repairs could not be made, so I do have to buy a new one. If anything happens to any of my other appliances, I will call him again."

"There was a hiccup with a part, no fault of Action Appliance but this company is receiving an A+ rating from me and I highly recommend them if you ever need appliance repair. Their professionalism from start to finish cannot be matched. The customer receives email notification every single step of the way and the Technicians are friendly and know their stuff. I can not say enough how pleased I am! Thank you so much to all the Tom’s who made my experience beyond pleasant. I appreciate you all so very much!!"

"It went great and I left Harmond and Neli a great review on the chat survey that I wish I had copied to past here as I wrote everything I felt about the Tech and the company and it was all good. I will be using the Neli services again when any of my appliances need attention / repair. Thank You Neli."

"Our refrigerated cafe display case was down. I had to pick up the pieces, my boss fell sick. A few departments were involved at my workplace, Mark Twain House and Museum. Sandy and the tech worked seamlessly with all involved and I got a pat on the back for finding them. Thank you Mr. Appliance"

"Oliver and his team did a fantastic job ? the basement was completely transformed into a part of our home that feels integrated into the other floors, whereas previously it felt outdated and completely alien to the rest of the house.
Oliver discovered a series of issues/problems behind the original wallpaper and wall paneling (see photos), and the Bauhaus team addressed those issues once and for all in a way that was seamless with the rest of the project.
Oliver is a perfectionist (which we appreciated), but he was also very sensitive to our concerns about increased costs associated with these surprise issues, and worked hard to keep the additional costs as low as possible. In the end, we ended up paying approximately $2k above the original estimate for a full overhaul of the electrical and almost a week of additional work on the walls.
Oliver also worked closely with us to identify the kind of environmentally-friendly materials that we wanted while also making sure we got ceiling tiles, carpeting, paint etc. that were appropriate for a basement, and would last and look good.
The job was done in a 100% professional manner ? the job site was cleaned up every day, Oliver and the team showed up on time every day of the job, and he communicated with us often about the progress of the project and expected completion.
The outcome (see attached pictures) speaks for itself ? the project was a huge success. We will definitely work with Bauhaus again and would recommend them to friends and family."

"Unfortunately she could not obtain the part needed for the repair of my range, but she was very nice and helpful in diagnosing the issue. Apparently parts for appliances over 10 years old are hard to come by."
