"They did an excellent job working through the entire process (which took months). They provided excellent detailed design documents, showing me and my wife all the possibilities. They also worked with us on each individual facet of the cabinets. Where possible, they were willing to substitute cheaper hardware, or provide cheaper alternatives. <br /> <br /> When they promised to show up, they always did so, or called to provide an alternate date.  The install went very quickly after all of the preperation involved, and they cleaned up afterwards very well. <br /> <br /> The only downside is that they are VERY expensive, but you do get what you pay for.  I would reccomend them to just about anyone that is willing to pay a premium for top notch, quality cabinets."

"I called the Design Gallery (based on the reviews I read on this site) and met with Todd, the designer to discuss details of the project to re-face cabinets. The current cabinets were peeling due to a lack of proper staining/sealing. The cabinets were installed 3 years ago when we built our house so we're talking about relatively new cabinets with improper finishing. The cabinets were not top of the line but the framing was in good shape.The cabinet doors were removed and hauled to t he warehouse for painting, glazing, and distressing. The prep time that went into this project was very detailed so our house was "clean" in these areas at all times. Todd and Phillip are very skilled at what they do. It's amazing how they took the old cabinets and make them look so good, so new, and so expensive. I'll be back when it's time to tile the kitchen! <br />"
