Get matched with top pipe repairers in Boneville, GA

"James and his crew (assistant and assistant in training) cleaned the inside and outside of my home's windows.  They were all very professional, respectful of my home, and friendly.  We have the equivalent of 36+ windows with some 3 stories high.  James was very quick to respond to my email inquiry, gave me several options of dates, arrived right on time, and was done in 2 hours.  The windows were bright and clean when finished.  Some spots missed in the corners, but minor.  I would call Premier again for windows, gutters or pressure washing.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Mark is very hard working and will put in long hours to ensure your project gets done. I have had him install vinyl flooring, paint, hang/ replace bathroom mirrors, install exterior doors, caulk bathroom and kitchen counters, hang ceiling fans. There is no task to big or small."

"Home Innovations Of Augusta responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up a time to call the following week. After talking to them on the phone we quickly set up a time for them to come out and price the project. When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. I was not provided a quote but told that they would have to order new cabinet doors. Once Home Innovations Of Augusta got a price on the cabinet doors they would contact me again. That was the last I heard from them. One month after the initial call I sent a follow up message to see if they were going to be able to do the project or not. I again got a prompt reply saying they would look into why i hadn't received a quote. That was the last I heard from them. As my initial conversation and meeting with Home Innovations Of Augusta seemed to go well I had high hopes of some quality work but being completely ignored has changed my opinion. If Home Innovations Of Augusta had continued to act in a professional manner I would have had no issue with contracting them for the work and recommending them to others. As it is you will have to rely on other reviews of actual work completed."
