"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. "Brian arrived with his worker, assessed the issues and presented a couple of options to work with. The work was done efficiently in a few hours and I no longer have any leaks in my basement. I was very impressed with the work and the way he goes about his business. There was only one area that we could not figure out if it was leaking from the foundation or if it was coming from above. We agreed to test it the next rain fall and have him come back to fix that section. Unfortunately it didn't rain again until spring and when it did I was unable to reach him. I think this company is no longer in business or at least that is the impression I get because all of his contact information is no longer in service. It's too bad because I really like the work he did for the price he quoted.

"Patrick and Josh came to our house on Saturday morning after an initial walkthrough Friday evening. At first glance our troubles seemed easy, but the further they got, the bigger the problem was realized to be. They discovered that the problem in fact was the result of shortcuts taken by the previous owner and walked us through the work that was needed.. They came back the following morning to start breaking the foundation to find and fix the problem. Our sewage line had been left open to drain into a sump pump pit, and work had to be done to correct these shortcuts and correctly connect everything to the sewer line.

Partrick was honest and up front regarding the cost estimate, giving us several options, including both best and worst case scenarios. He and Josh were very professional and polite, staying late to finish up Monday night.

"VERY THOURUOGH PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION VERY FRIENDLY OWNER AND CREW EXPLAINED EVERYTHING This was not concrete repair. We had our living room floor drop 2" in one corner (house is on a very shallow crawl built in 1940). Turned out the floor joist sunk. SSC Put an access door in foundation and then did mold removal, reinforcement of floor joists and jacked floor back to correct position. VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS GREAT COMPANY"
