When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
