"USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. "At fist, everything was good. Few days into the job, the crew go scheduled for another job. Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them."

"Frank Correa and his crew were great to work with. Final price matched his estimate which I considered very reasonable considering all the demo work, prep, and final pouring of the driveway and finish work. They were careful not to damage the inground sprinkler system running along the driveway on both sides and cleaned up when the job was done. Also, Frank recommended the install of a drain pipe (at no charge) under the new driveway to avoid water damage over the years from a home downspout. We have received several compliments on the new driveway from our neighbors and others. I recommend hiring MVC Concrete and Stone Construction for your project."

"Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.  

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard. 

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel
