"I called Young's plumbing because when I woke up that morning I had a huge puddle of water in my living room. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he could a plumber out the same day. When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He cleaned up his mess and made sure my yard was the way they found it. I was grateful that they use booties when in my house so they did not take mud and stuff throughout my house. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas.
