"Over the years, I had alternated between them and another company and the other company got their turn, and they messed up and went to another home. The other company got confrontational with me and so I called Chem-Dry and they came out quickly. Carlos came to do the work and he did an amazing job and they are the only company that I will call. He was on time and he was able to do the work very good. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned an area rug as well. I thought the price was a good value and they came in under the other company for that work. They were able to get dirt and oil out of the carpet from two dogs as well."

"Having visited a well advertised fabric upholstery store and getting no real assistance from sales person, and what help I was <br /> given was that cushion can be replaced for cost of $200.  No explaination of foam to be used, why I had the problem.  <br /> Went to Jays Fabric, as soon as we walked in door, sales person was friendly and when I explained problem with cushions <br /> she and another sales person said, yes we can see that cushion is a very hard dense cushion.  I was given a cost and I left <br /> the cushion and they would replace with softer filling and call and see how I liked it.  Got a call 3 days later, picked up cushion and it was very comfortable, took the other 5 back and they were done within 5 days.  Cost was $500 for total of 6 cushions as <br /> compared to quote of larger store of $200 per cushion and cost would have been with 6 cushions $1,200.  And other store <br /> made no suggestion for them to do one cushion and see how I liked it. <br /> Also, a friend with me had material she wanted to match up for valences.  First store, no one offered to help her and she <br /> wondered around the store for well over 30 min., while I was waiting for cost on cushions. <br /> Again, when we went into Jays, Terry took my friend and found many wonderful fabrics that would work for her valances. <br /> We found Jays Fabric to be a very user friendly store that went out of their way to assist us. <br />"

"This chair had been in a basement awaiting pickup for some 20+ years. It rode in the back of a pickup from Illinois to Minnesota to Illinois to Virgina to South Caroline and finally to Fort Myers.
