My situation got a little complicated due to my home wiring, and Susan did a great job with all of my questions and eased my concerns by sending Eddie to look things over for a subsequent evaluation. We worked on a schedule that was agreeable to both of us and Eddie installed the outlet and recommended additions (heat detector, surge protector) on time and at a significantly lower cost than competitors. "We looked up the top 5 electrical service companies in the Fort Myers area,  and choose Southwest Florida Electric because they were located in Ft Myers.  We called Southwest Florida Electric on a emergency call on Friday  around   4 pm , They said they would send someone out in about an hour, Jeremy arrived at 5;30 pm .  We explained to him that the breaker in the electrical panel cannot be reset, and that half our house was without power.  .  He starting opening up the outlets  until he found the problem, One outlet was causing the short by a wire touching the outlet box, so he fixed it and that let the breaker reset itself.  He was in and out in under an hour,  My husband and I were impressed with their quick response to "our" emergency.    This was not a deal we bought because it was an emergency , but I reviewed the top  recommended service providers and then called  one.   Jeremy left our house at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and his service sheet listed their hours as  9 am - 5 pm.     I give them A++++++++++++++++++++++++++
