"She is incredibly thorough and experienced. We received a 50-page report that included photos. She caught some problems with the roof that our roofing contractor missed when he was doing his inspection a few days later. She's also very personable and friendly and was happy to show and explain to us some of the issues she found. She treated us like family. After receiving the report she took the initiative to call us to see if we had any questions about the report, and was very happy to answer questions when we called her later (multiple times!). She is very reasonably priced, and we don't think you could find a better inspector. So far we've hired her twice in our home hunt, and we will hire her again. We highly recommend her!"

"Overall, I give WBM a big thumbs up. They were the only company out of the half dozen or so that we had look at the attic mold for estimates that recommended solution which would actually solve the mold problem, instead of just put a band-aid on it. <br /> They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but for what I paid, I know that the job was done right and I am confident that the mold has been taken care of. As part of the mold remediation work, they had to strip off the roof down to the rafters in some portions in order to remove the underlayer of plywood. They also added a few more vents to improve the circulation in the attic, which was the root of the problem due to the shallow pitch of the roof. <br /> Since I was selling the house as a result of a relocation, I had to work with them from long distance, so I needed to be able to trust them. As a result my real estate agent was my main interface with them, and I was immediately put at ease that they were the real deal and were actually doing the work we contracted them to do. <br /> All of their staff are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and they do make an effort to return telephone calls and return emails in a timely fashion. <br /> I definitely recommend giving WBM a call when you need any kind of mold remediation work done. "Burke's Klein's was contacted by my insurance company after the Spokane windstorm in November 2015 to put up tarps over the damaged roofing areas. They made it out the same day and got the work done quickly. However the tarps were simply draped over the vent pipes protruding thru the roof. Lucky for us we had a roofing contractor in mind and made preparations to have the roof re-shingled within the week. The invoice was $1200 to nail down 3 large tarps. <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
