I began pounding nails as a teenager in the mid-1980s with my uncle, an accomplished and well-respected builder. Through this experience, I was given the opportunity of working on a vast array of projects from new construction to remodels, from simple jobs to multi-million dollar homes. It was here where my passion and love of the carpentry and construction industry was born. The knowledge and experience I gained from working with my uncle taught me a great deal about the principles of quality craftsmanship and pride of workmanship. It is these same values I carry with me today and it is the foundation on which I have built my company. I formed Mountains West Construction in 2004 out of my desire to utilize my ideas and creativity to build quality products. My greatest joy comes from being able to build something from the ground up and watching it develop before my eyes.
