"The team at nHance (and Dennis the owner specifically) were fantastic. My expectations were much lower than the "scope" items I list above.  I just expected my doors back on my porch looking "better but far from perfect."  nHance set an expectation that was realistic, then set about exceeding it. 
They were careful in removing the doors and hardware. I had asked they refinish elsewhere to avoid the activity and chemicals in my home (I have young children). I was anxious when my doors left, knowing they are near irriplaceable due to thier age.  The owner was very happy to sign for receipt of the doors (a nice extra).  nHance returned the doors one week later, minus one they felt "they hadn't done a good enough job on" which was brought back a day later. 
The doors look like new. I had a realistic expectation, and they absolutely exceeded it. It actually seems impossible they could do so much in so little time unless they had seven guys working in parallel. 
The door brought back one day after the others had a panel pushed out on top.  It was fully 3/8 of an inch protruding past the rest of the door on the bottom, with a very large splinter/piece missing, about an inch wide and four inches long.  I'd have tried to match it with wood putty.  My expectation was that they would stain this area to reduce visibility, but I had no expectation they would repair it.  nHance didn't explain how they got the panel reset or how they filled in that hole, but it even has perfect woodgrain.  Obviously they have depth of experience working with wood.
I fully intend to do more business with this crew.  They are fast, do great work, and thier prices are ver fair indeed.  How do you refinish all sides of seven 10' hardwood doors, including repairs, for that price?  I'm already lining them up to do some work on my hardwood floors.
A further note.  The attitude presented to us by all of thier staff was professional, courteous, and at all times good humored.  Attitude means a lot, and thiers was good all around."

"Phil is pleasant to work with. He is basically a general contractor. His people replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a wood fence reinstalling a section that had fallen down and fixing another to accommodate a growing tree. They also buried low voltage wires and set existing lights in place. He brought two others with him and they proved to be good workers. They cleaned up well when done.

He had another outfit - Dry-Tech Remodeling and Roofing do roofing, guttering, tuck-pointing and drywall work. They seemed to do good work. BUT the roof leaked (rained unexpectedly right after they finished and before sun sealed everything)and damaged the garage ceiling. They were quick to take responsibility and started to fix it. The roof was fixed the next day and never again leaked.

It went down hill from there.They almost never showed up as promised. Repeated calls to them and to Phil got promises only. Phil finally sent others to work on the ceiling. We never knew who would show up or if anyone would. They stood on my garbage can to work. My garage still had drywall mud on the floor, walls and on my ladder.

Before the damage occurred I would have given Phil and Dry Tech A ratings. But I hold Phil as the general contractor responsible for the miserable ceiling fix. As a general contractor he should have sent a better team to do the fix. It should have taken a real painter parts of three days not weeks.

So use Phil at your own risk. If he puts his first team on a job, it will be done and fairly priced. If he uses Dry Tech for roofing and gutter work, it to will be very well done."
