"All work was done except installing the new vanity. I verbally told him I would keep the last $1000 until He came back and installed the vanity. He said he would come right over and install it when I got it in, that he needed to pay his guys for the work that has already been done. Because he said he would come right over in two or three days to install the vanity after I got it, I believed him and I paid the last $1000."

"I am giving the work quality rating a 4 only because the finished bathroom was done correctly and well. BUT, when our initial worker assigned to our case had to take a week off in the middle of the project, they sent a worker who was unqualified and who made many errors (including butchering our air vent). When our initial worker came back, he had to spend all this extra time redoing everything the other guy did. We called the company and told them not to send the second guy back. The project took an extra week. It was an error in judgement by management. We would not recommend this company because the errors by management and if you do go with them, who knows which worker you would get? The one who knows what he is doing, or the one who does not."
