"We needed our bathroom remodeled because of my wifes medical issues, which required our Jacuzzi bathtub (with a high step-over side) removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, with a bench. I did Google/Bing searches and came up with 3 potential companies. The first company I spoke to was Five Star Bath Solutions (in Annapolis, MD). I set up an appointment to have Kirk Hoffman (Design Consultant) visit. He arrived exactly on the time agreed upon and spent a couple hours, plus, going over everything possible, answering every question that my wife and I fired at him, in addition, he recommended a number of pointers (pro and con) on doing the job that we had not considered. He carefully listened to what we were looking for and had in mind, and why. Kirk went into the bathroom and took all the necessary measurements, when completed he explained exactly what the job requirements would entail (in complete detail). He then went over a brochure (of the Sentrel Bath System) showing us different optional design patterns available which have the appearance of a natural stone look with no actual grout lines (making it extremely easy to clean and maintain), and then went into full detail (step-by-step) of how they would do the job; from taking out the old bathtub to installing the new walk-in shower. Kirk went over cost (giving us various options that would either decrease or increase the final price) which, in turn, gave us the option of mixing and matching the exact design we wanted. He did not push us into going with something we did not want â meaning no high-pressure sales pitch to buy or add this or that. My wife and I were extremely happy with Kirkâ s presentation. A couple days later we had a follow-up visit by Rob Santin (General Manager and Owner). Rob went over all the work to be done, did a personal walk-through double-checking everything Kirk had laid out and, reaffirmed how it would be done and when (initial time frame was to be in/around mid-September). He said given my wifeâ s medical issues if they could, they would move the installation time frame up. Turned out they got an opening and installation was done the 3rd week in August, which was fantastic. A lot of hard work was done by the crew over the next 2 ½ days they were here. Led by Bo (Burkman) who was not only an excellent leader/manager of personnel as well as time - but he also was right in there helping with; the tear out of the old bathtub, moving things and cleaning up every day. The remainder of the team were - Tyler, Jason and Jay. Not only were they â allâ extremely professional but they were also very personable and pleasant. Before starting they laid down several runners so no damage would come to our carpeting. The pride they all took in doing their job definitely showed in the meticulous finished product. As the installation progressed, Bo always consulted with us to make sure things were going as planned and that when it came to putting in the final items such as; the grab bars, the bench and even the corner shelf's to hold soap and shampoo, up until the last minute he explained and recommended, from his experience and expertise, where and exactly how they should be installed. In the end they all turned out to be in the perfect position. Bo even modified the size of the bench â after it had been initially installed, which to say the least was no small part â it added an additional 2 to 3 hours of unexpected work he did on his own. Bo always said â I want to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, with the finished product. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the bathroom remodeling done by - Five Star Bath Solutions. "Mark was simply outstanding!  I first called him from work and that night he emailed to my wife and me, a list of what documents were needed and instructions on how to proceed.  He provided several refinancing options in detail relevant to our situation.  Never did he pressure us in what we should do, but rather guided us in making a decision that would be satisfactory to us, the customer.  He was always available when we had questions or needed advice and always kept us up-to-date with the refinancing process.  He was always up front with us and there were no hidden costs or surprises at settlement, which he had arranged at our home at our convenience.  At settlement, the gentleman explained the purpose of all the documents that we signed and was more than willing to answer any questions that we needed answered.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to refinance a mortgage.

"The old equipment had to be dismantled and cut apart in the basement and taken out in pieces. 100+ gallons of heating oil had to be pumped out of the tank and taken away (to be donated to a worthy cause). A new boiler was brought in and all appropriate connections were made, including a new dedicated gas line back to the meter (because the existing pipe was inadequate for the additional demand), new electric power for the system, and new thermostat; I installed the thermostat and ran the thermostat wiring to the boiler location, by my choice. Mr Ellis spent considerable time for the estimate in sizing the house and calculating the capacity of equipment required. The removal and installation took one week, as promised. It was a big job, especially to get the old equipment out of the basement. Mr Ellis was very thorough both in the work he and his helpers did and in answering my questions and explaining the process to me. All work was done neatly and thoroughly and in a workmanlike manner, resulting in a neat, elegant installation. All material was removed and the basement was swept when the job was completed. I have not had the opportunity to test the system yet, but I have complete confidence that it will work properly, and that Bryan Plumbing will resolve any problems that might arise, although I don't expect any problems with it."
